DRY STORAGE

Although our rates are based on a 12 month storage contract, we do offer monthly and weekly storage when space is available. 

YEARLY LEASE:  With a yearly lease, storage is based on $12.00 per foot per month for the storage length.  Storage length is determined by the over all length of the boat plus height exceeding 8' plus width exceeding 8'. 

MONTHLY LEASE:  When we have space available, we take in month to month temporary leases.  Our rates for monthly storage are based on $16.00 per foot.

SHORT TERM TRANSIENT STORAGE:  We welcome transient guests both in dry storage and wet slips. We try to accommodate nightly, weekly or monthly visits.

OFF PREMISE DRY STORAGE

This is a new concept for people who want to keep their boat stored in dry storage but do not use the boat often.  Our off premise storage facility is in Foley.  It is a new storage facility that utilizes a marina forklift and rack system just like traditional dry storage. Also, being located away from the water, it is in a far less corrosive environment.  When you need your boat launched, you notify our marina at least a day in advance, and your boat is transported to one of our marina facilities by a special transport truck. When you arrive, your boat will be launched and you may take your boat to your house or condo, or use it out of our marina for the duration of your visit.  We are currently offering this service at a discount $10.00 per foot.

WET SLIPS

We have 20 wet slips accommodating boats up to 60 feet in length.  We also have boat lifts that handle up to 20,000 lb boats.
